What is FairPlay?

Fairplay is about having a level playing field for everyone on FantomPlay. To provide a safe, secured and a trusted platform ensuring that all participants on FantomPlay play and conduct themselves with due respect and fairness.

How does it work?

FantomPlay reserves the right to initiate appropriate action against users engaging in any activity which violates our terms and conditions and disrupts the level playing field which impacts our users. These actions may include withholding winnings, suspending and/or deactivating user accounts, and taking necessary legal action against such users.

At FantomPlay we practice FairPlay by ensuring our app is an:

1) Equal Opportunity App

FantomPlay ensures that all its users get the same playing conditions at all times across all contest formats on the app.

• For Scoreboard Contests: FantomPlay ensures that all users participating in Scoreboard contests get to enjoy the contest at the same time, with the same number of points for the clusters of variable attributes they have chosen from. FantomPlay also ensures that the Points System of the app is designed in such a manner that the position of the users on the leaderboard is updated real time for everyone at the same time.

2) Unbiased App

1. FantomPlay ensures that all rules pertaining to each contest are the same for all users of the said contest.
2. FantomPlay ensures that the deadlines pertaining to each contest are the same for all users of the said contest.
3. FantomPlay ensures that all users get access to the leaderboard once the contest/match begins.
4. FantomPlay ensures that there is zero human intervention from the app owners in the running of the contests, thus eliminating bias of any kind.
5. FantomPlay ensures that deposit collections and prize money distribution is all done electronically and online through its fintech partners compliant with RBI rules and regulations. FantomPlay does not entertain any offline transactions.
6. FantomPlay ensures that there are no discrepancies in the user onboarding process by making it completely tech driven with all rules and regulations being equally applicable to all users.
7. FantomPlay ensures that no employees of FantomPlay Pvt. Ltd. get to participate in any of the contests.

3) Responsible App

1. FantomPlay ensures that its users Play Responsibly by pushing automated notifications cautioning its users were it to see excessive amounts of money being spent on the app.
2. FantomPlay ensures that its users don’t spend excessively on the app by setting cash limits in their accounts which can only be extended by individually writing to the apps support team.
3. FantomPlay ensures that the platform strictly adheres to robust anti-money laundering protocols to ensure a secure and compliant environment.
