The founding team of FantomPlay are, first and foremost, fans of movies and cricket. While these qualifications apply to at least one billion Indians, we just decided to do something about celebrating fans like fans celebrate movies and cricket.
Jai Tank
A film enthusiast, Jai made it his vocation by becoming an accomplished ad film producer and director for more than two decades. He has also directed two feature films. He also happens to be an avid Fantasy Sports player. At FantomPlay in his capacity as Founder he is the Chief Product Officer.
Shantanu Sapre
Nicknamed First Day Third Show, Shantanu has been a career marketing and brand management professional for more than 25 years. He is also world-famous in his WhatsApp groups as an expert reviewer of content. As a business leader, team builder, and a Launch Specialist, Shantanu’s strengths lie in managing multi-functional teams, conceptualizing, designing and executing time-bound budget driven campaigns. At FantomPlay in his capacity as Co-Founder he is the Chief Executive Officer.
Vidyadhar Gadre
Having grown within walking distance of several movie theatres, Vidyadhar has films in his veins. His love for movies and a keen sense of tapping into new business ideas has resulted in him bootstrapping the FantomPlay idea. At FantomPlay in his capacity as Co- Founder he is the Chief Financial Officer.
Alok Nadkar
An ardent fan of Cinema, Alok Nadkar is a disciple of creativity with a penchant for Research & Analysis. As a Screenwriter in the film industry, he has written a feature film and has been involved in the ad-film Industry as a Creative Producer. At FantomPlay in his capacity as Co-Founder he is the Chief Operations Officer.
