Account registration

When you register an account with FPL, you give FPL explicit consent to collect a password, email address, phone number, user agent, and IP address. FPL does not store this data itself but work with AWS authentication services to do so. The data is used to enable end-user authentication, and facilitate end-user account management. It also uses user-agent strings and IP addresses to provide added security and prevent abuse during sign-up and authentication.

Time Duration of Retention of Personal Data

FPL will not retain and/or store any of your Personal Data unless you specifically consent to the same, which could happen if you wish to avail the services offered on the Website for an extended duration. In the absence of such consent from the User, FPL shall be deleting the Personal Data if there is no activity on the User’s account for a consecutive period of 180 days, or any additional period as per statutory requirements.

External Processing

FPL may also use your Personal Data to fulfill the requirements of applicable laws/ regulations and / or court orders/ regulatory directives received by FPL. If you click on content from third party advertisers and content owners, based on your acceptance criteria provided to them, they may collect some information from you while you are redirected to their site.

Updating / Purging of your Personal Data

1. You shall be entitled to update the Personal Data provided by you by contacting us at contact@fantomplay.com subject to the Terms and Conditions which are accessible here.
2. Users of the Website are entitled to withdraw consent for use of their Personal Data by emailing a specific request to contact@fantomplay.com. However, it may be noted that withdrawal of consent of all or any part of Personal Data may result in immediate withdrawal of any right to avail the services provided by FPL.
3. Users may delete your Account on FPL at any point in time by making such a choice in desktop website or mobile WAP site or mobile application. With this, FPL shall no longer be entitled to share the User’s Personal Data with any third party and/or internally. Personal Data of such User who opts to delete her account shall also be deleted by FPL from its records within a period of 180 days subject to any record retention required as per applicable law.
4. The provisions of various laws require your transaction logs to be stored for longer periods post the deletion of an account. Further, in the event of the pendency of any legal/ regulatory proceeding or receipt of any legal and/ or regulatory direction to that effect, FPL may be required by the law of the land to retain the User’s Personal Data for longer periods.

Cookie Policy

1. To improve the effectiveness and usability of the website/mobile application for our Users, we use "cookies", or such similar electronic tools to collect information to assign each visitor a unique random number as a User Identification (User ID) to understand the User's individual interests using the identified device. Unless the User voluntarily identifies himself/herself (e.g., through registration), FPL has no way of knowing who the User is, even if we assign a cookie to the User's device. The only information a cookie can contain is information supplied by the User. A cookie cannot read data off the User's device hard drive. FPL’s advertisers may also assign their own cookies to the User's device (if the User clicks on their ad banners), a process that FPL does not control.
2. FPL 's web servers automatically collect limited information about User's device connection to the Internet, including User's IP address, when the User uses the website/mobile application. (User's IP address is a number that lets devices attached to the Internet know where to send data to the User -- such as the web pages viewed by the User). The User's IP address does not identify the User personally. FPL uses this information to deliver its web pages to Users upon request, to tailor its website/mobile application to the interests of its users, to measure traffic within the Portal and let advertisers know the geographic locations from where FPL's visitors come.

We have provided multiple levels of security to safeguard your app by Login/ Logout option and Add cash Limits/Blocking Account Access (please refer to Terms & Conditions, which can be accessed here ) feature that can be enabled by you. We also ensure device binding so that the same login cannot be used on a different device without any additional authentication/ OTP. Please do not share your account login, password and OTP details with anybody.
